Our legal video specialists are certified by the American Guild of Court Videographers (AGCV)and the National Association of Court Reporters (NCRA) to provide our clients with complete confidence in our final product, a video deposition meeting the requirements of our clients.

We assure compliance with rule 30(6)(4) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence.

A “Certificate of Authenticity” is provided with every legal video depositon, every video will and every video prenuptial agreement.

Video Depositions

For Us Productions will be on site one hour before the scheduled start time of the video deposition.

Our videographers understand that a video deposition is a professional assignment and are appropriately mannered and dressed.

Individual lavaliere microphones are attached to the deponent, attorney and the opposing attorney. Table mike is utilized to capture any additional video deposition audio activity, including the court reporter.
